1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and evobt ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the evobt platform at https://evobt.io and all associated products, services, features, and content made available therein.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the evobt platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the evobt platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the evobt platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person interacting with evobt content. These Terms should be read in conjunction with evobt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the evobt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. evobt enforces a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or place any bet or wager on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for your own personal use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering an account or placing bets.
• You must not be subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory prohibition that restricts your ability to participate in online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

evobt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to have registered while underage or in breach of any eligibility requirement, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with applicable procedures. Any winnings derived from play during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of evobt products and services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process and the ongoing management of your account:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active evobt account. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes associated with your evobt account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediate notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify evobt support immediately at [email protected]. evobt is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC verification: evobt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the evobt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved payment methods: evobt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the evobt platform.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the point of withdrawal request and may vary by payment method.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your evobt account, is strictly prohibited.
• Processing times: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your evobt wallet immediately upon confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to completion of identity verification.
• No fees on BDT transactions: evobt does not charge processing fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals. You may, however, be subject to fees charged independently by your payment service provider.
• Pending withdrawals: evobt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a KYC review, security investigation, or verification of bonus wagering requirements.

evobt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers. If you experience a deposit that has not been credited to your account or a withdrawal that has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact evobt support with your transaction reference number.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activities conducted on the evobt platform:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where evobt's void bet policy applies.
• evobt reserves the right to limit stake amounts, refuse bets, or close betting markets at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error affecting any bet, evobt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice, particularly in response to live events such as wickets, injuries, or match interruptions.
• The settlement of bets is based on official results as published by the relevant sporting authority (for example, ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures). In cases of dispute, evobt's decision is final.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a timeframe specified in the relevant market rules.

6. Casino Games

The following terms apply to all casino game products on the evobt platform, including live dealer games, video slots, and RNG table games:

• All casino games available on evobt are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These providers' games operate under independent RNG certification and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.
• evobt does not control the outcome of any casino game. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the provider's certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical real-world processes (card draws, wheel spins).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary between games and between different bet types within the same game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, any active bet that was confirmed before the disconnection will be settled on the basis of the game outcome that occurred. evobt's records of game outcomes are the definitive reference for settlement purposes.
• The use of any external software, artificial intelligence tool, or automated decision system in conjunction with casino game play is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

evobt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• evobt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be affected by mid-campaign changes to that specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and can only be used on the evobt platform. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• evobt reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
• Free bets, if offered, must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused free bets will expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the evobt platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity information, or exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform for financial gain.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players, evobt employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or participating in any arrangement intended to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with casino games on the evobt platform.
• Money laundering: Using the evobt platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. evobt will report any suspected financial crime to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards evobt staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Privacy & Data

evobt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to evobt's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing principles that evobt adheres to include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide the evobt service, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
• evobt uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the evobt platform.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

evobt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion of match fixing, collusion, or use of prohibited automated tools.
• A player being found to be under the age of 21.
• Failure to maintain accurate registration information.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other lawful authority requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player and account access reinstated. Where a breach is confirmed, evobt reserves the right to withhold the balance in whole or in part as appropriate compensation for the harm caused by the breach.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evobt's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the evobt platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the player's evobt account at the time the relevant claim arises.

evobt shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, whether or not evobt was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Interruption to the evobt service caused by circumstances beyond evobt's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Decisions made by a player in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the evobt platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

13. Amendments to These Terms

evobt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, evobt will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will display a prominent notice on the evobt platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the new Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the evobt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version of these Terms that was in force at the time a bet was placed or a transaction was conducted shall govern the resolution of any dispute arising from that bet or transaction.
